Hi sister and welcome back to the Sexyfit Podcast! Today’s interview will be very interesting for everyone who is struggling with emotional eating and endless dieting cycle.

My amazing guest is Dr. Candice Seti, also known as "The Weight Loss Therapist". Dr. Seti is a Clinical Psychologist, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer. She is renowned for her expertise in applying cognitive-behavioral therapy to weight loss and weight management. She works with women, teen and the LGBT population, focusing on anxiety, self-esteem, body image issues, eating disorders and relationship issues.

Dr. Seti and I talked about creating new thinking patterns, and as a result creating an internal motivation and confidence within our nutrition and fitness program. Another thing we spoke about is knowing what our self-sabotage triggers are and how to make the right choices for us from the standpoint of self-love and understanding. You’ll love this conversation because Dr. Seti makes it very easy to apply what we need to do so we can overcome the challenges with emotional eating.
